A sculpted bust of George Brumder (1839-1910) is sitting on a grand piano near a bay window in the Brumder mansion at the corner of Grand (later Wisconsin) Avenue and 18th Street. The chandelier and wall sconces have been fitted for both gas and electricity. There is a wooden music stand at left. On the piano is a flower arrangement, and another one is on a small table near the window.
