Accessing Collections

This barn, owned by Ken and LaVerne Schoebel, is at W280 West Bend Rd (Section 24). This barn has been in the Schoebel family for 148 years.

Ken and LaVerne Schoebel have firewood stored in their barn. They will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on May 16, 2004.

The interior of the Schoebel barn is immaculate. The last cows milked here was in 1988. Ken was born on the property in 1931.

These barn buildings are owned by Ken Schoebel, who lives up the West Bend Road.

This barn is located across the road from the Marilyn Steger home at W882 West Bend Rd.

Rick and Diane Steger live at W783 West Bend Rd (Section 14). They have lived here since 1982. Former owners were Nick and Manilla Koll, Leroy and Nancy Koll, and Vernon and Elmer Steger.
