Milwaukee Braves Player Mel Roach

Mel Roach of the Milwaukee Braves during spring training 1958. During the championship 1957 season Mel appeared in seven games in August and September as a pinch hitter, pinch runner and second baseman. In 1958 he played 44 games for the Braves at all outfield positions and first base as well as second. He batted .309 for the season, but did not play in 1958 Series.
