Mequon Service Station

This contemporary station and convenience store was built in 2004 but harkens back to the early decades of the twentieth century when communities pressured oil companies for better filling-station designs that blended into neighborhoods.

This service station, located at 301 South Bridge Street, was built in Manawa during the late 1930s as new, more efficient station designs were constructed throughout the state.
Milwaukee Service Station
2008
In 2001 the former Copeland Service Station reopened as a coffee shop in Milwaukee's Sherman Park neighborhood. The restored building is located at 4924 West Roosevelt Drive.
Stoddard Service Station
2008
In 1933, Lester Proksch constructed this striking filling station in the small river town, at 201 North Main Street. Less's Service was opened in July of 1933.
Marinette Service Station
2008
Built in about 1933, this appealingly picturesque service station, located at 1305 Pierce Avenue, was designed to blend into the neighborhood.
