Road Grader Angle

Image

A state highway patrolman at work on a dirt road somewhere in Eau Claire County demonstrates how the grader was adjusted for sloped shoulders. At the time the name patrolman did not refer to a law enforcement officer, but to an employee who monitored and maintained local road conditions on an ongoing basis.
