SYMMETRICAL FACADE Resurveyed 2009. Front windows are blocked over; side windows covered with wood panels. All doors replaced with flat steel service doors. 2009- "This one-story, Twentieth Century Commercial building was constructed around 1930 as the Stelmach Pontiac Garage. The garage has a flat roof and parapet and is clad in red brick with painted cast stone accents. Decorative raised panels are located in the parapet. The front elevation is composed of three bays. The center bay contains a former overhead door opening, which has been filled with painted concrete block. Above, a painted cast stone plaque reads "*GARAGE*". The right bay contains a former storefront window opening with cast stone sill; this opening has been filled with two types of concrete block. The left bay contains a storefront window opening, which also has been blocked shut, as well as a modern steel service door with a metal transom panel above. Several openings which had previously housed wallmounted air conditioners have been blocked over. The side walls are six bays long. A photo taken in 1979 indicates that five 8/8 double hung windows were previously located here along with a double wood service door. The windows have been closed with permanent wood panels, and the wood doors replaced with flat steel doors.
