| Additional Comments | 2019: This one-story, T-plan auto service building was built c.1960. The building is made of concrete-block construction with brick veneer on a portion of the front (south) facade. The building has a flat roof with metal coping at the roofline. The front facade consists of fixed metal storefront windows and has a concrete ramp with a metal railing that leads to the double glass doors. A protruding wing extends from the side (west) elevation with five garage bays and a glass entry door. Wide stucco panels mounted with “Goodyear” signage span the top portion of the facade. |
