| Additional Comments | This one-story commercial vernacular building was constructed c.1965. It is of concrete-block construction with a rectangular plan on a concrete-block foundation. The front-gable roof is covered with asphalt shingles and has a concrete block external chimney along the side (southwest) elevation. The front-facing gable is clad in vertical wood paneling and features a pendant light fixture. Two large, fixed windows with concrete sills adorn the front (southeast) facade and flank the entrance. |
