Additional Comments Two-story hip roofed house with intersecting hip roofs, six over six windows, window cornices on long lower front windows, and recessed entrance.

2015- "The two-story, hip-roofed, L-shaped Thomas Annett House is another variation of the Colonial Revival style. This home has horizontal, white-painted wood siding with dark decorative shutters. The Annett House has several unique elements. The first-story tall narrow windows have wide mullions and window surrounds topped by projecting cornices and stylized dentils on the window lintels. Two-story wooden corner detail on the west pavilion and the east corner appear as quoins, not often seen in the Colonial Revival style. The wrought iron columns supporting the cantilevered entry canopy and the vernacular car port are inconsistent with the style. Unlike many Colonial Revival homes with flanking chimneys, the Annett House has an interior chimney. The presence of the Annett house provides an interesting variety of the Colonial Revival style in the neighborhood."
