Map Code is 071007219035. Karrels Building Co. was the builder. "This house may have been constructed as the model home for the neighborhood. While the body of the house is clad in narrow clapboard, the gable ends show a mix of contrasting siding material, as was popular during the high point of bungalow construction. The front of the house features segmental-arched window and door openings, and an off-center closed rail entry porch. Note the projecting pent roof spanning the wall beneath the gable roof."
