A 'site file' exists for this property. It contains additional information such as correspondence, newspaper clippings, or historical information. It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, State Historic Preservation Office. This rectangular shaped, three story duplex/rowhouse is designed in the Italianate style. The foundation, bearing walls and exterior are all made of brick, and the trim is made of stone. Three-sided three story bays project forward on the facade. Round arched openings, each detailed with brick lintels and stone keystones, distinguish the windows on the second and third stories. Leading out to small balconies are two second story doors. The first and second stories are separated by a stone band course, with the first story doors and windows set within segmental arched openings. The duplex is in good condition.
