Additional Comments Large veranda; palladian motif and fishscale shingles in gable; strapwork in porch pediment; doric porch columns. 2025 survey: The two-and-a-half story Queen Anne-style Chevrier House was constructed in 1912 (Figure 4). It has an asymmetrical footprint on a corner lot, narrow gauge wood clapboard siding, and a combination hip and gable roof clad in asphalt shingles. The exterior is accented with gables that project beyond the cutaway bay windows, scalloped shingle gable faces pierced by Palladian windows, wood band belt coursing, and a one-story wrap around porch supported by brick piers, clusters of classic columns, and squared balustrades. Strapwork ribboning is in the porch pediment. Adjacent to the house at the northeast corner is a one-story detached garage. It has a full-width paneled door, narrow gauge vinyl siding, and pyramidal roof clad in asphalt shingles. The property appears to be unchanged since the last survey date.
