Additional Comments Victorian style two story commercial building with a flat roof, brick exterior and fancy brickwork along cornice.

The Odd Fellows Hall, constructed in 1915, is a two-story commercial vernacular building clad in red brick and rests on a
concrete slab. The front (south) facade features a metal parapet with the initials IOOF and linked chain symbol of the
International Order of Odd Fellows, flanked by a simple floral motif with brick corbeling below. The first floor facade has a
recessed main entrance and has been either covered or replaced with brick. A concrete belt course separates the first
and second stories. The second story is accessed from a door on the eastern side of the front facade. The first floor
windows and doors have been downsized and filled with vinyl siding, and upper-story window openings on the front
facade appear to have been downsized as well. Windows are replacement one-over-one, double-hung, vinyl sash.

The building was constructed by the Wicker Lodge of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows to replace their earlier lodge
hall, which was constructed c.1879 and burned in 1912. The lodge hall occupied the second floor of the new building and
the ground floor functioned as a post office from 1917 to 1982. The Wicker Lodge sold the property in 1932 and the upper
floor was converted to a residential unit and functioned as a veterinary office from 1977 to 1979. The property now
functions as office space. Access to the building's interior was not available at the time of field survey.

Constructed several decades after the founding of the
Wicker Lodge, the building is not the first purpose-specific facility constructed by the lodge in Campbellsport and was built
after the peak period in which fraternal organizations played a major role in Wisconsin society. The property is therefore
not eligible under Criterion A: Social History. The building is a modest example of the commercial vernacular form and
displays little architectural detail. Alterations to the facade, including downsized openings, replacement doors and
windows, and replacement siding, have resulted in diminished integrity, and it is unlikely that the renovated upper floor
retains the original layout of the lodge hall.
