Mini-Grant Funding Available for Wisconsin Historical Society Affiliates

Do you have a project that needs funding support? Each spring, affiliates can apply for grants up to $700 for projects and activities that support collections care and management. Mini-grant application materials for 2019 grants will be available in late 2018.

Mini-Grant Resources:  

The Wisconsin Historical Society and Wisconsin Council for Local History are pleased to announce that 25 affiliated local historical societies received a total of $11,500 through the 2018 mini-grant program.

Recipients of the 2018 mini-grant included: Alma Historical Society, Appleton Historical Society, Belgian Heritage Center, Black Earth Historical Society, Bristol Wisconsin Historical Society, Clear Lake Historical Museum, Colby Rural Arts Museum, Ephraim Historical Foundation, Gibraltar Historical Association, Green County Historical Society, Kenosha County Historical Society, La Crosse County Historical Society, Lake States Railway Historical Association, Luck Area Historical Society, McFarland Historical Society, Niagara Area Historical Society, Oconto County Historical Society, Oregon Area Historical Society, Prairie du Chien Historical Society, Pulaski Area Historical Society, Rosendale Historical Society, Sterling Eureka and Laketown Historical Society, Washburn Area Historical Society, and Wisconsin Marine Historical Society.
