NOTES
Additional Information:This building contributes to the architectural significance of the Jefferson Avenue Historic District as an interesting contemporary design that reflects the Regency style popular in the mid-twentieth century. The unusual use of concrete walls is notable as it was built by a Janesville builder who was in the cement business. Anderson was a plastering contractor with a shop on S. East Street.
