Additional Comments This two story Queen Anne styled house features a granite stone founation, a clapboard exterior, a wood and brick trim and an asphalt shingled multi-gabled roof with a dormer. Pediments in the attic story are each accented by a small window, identical to the one found in the hip roofed dormer. Spanning the full lenght of the facade is an open designed porch whose flat roof is supported by fluted Tuscan columns. A balustraded railing and dentil trim moulding are other porch elements. A hip roofed door hood as well as the front attic story pediment have brackets offering visual support. The residence is in good condition. It is related to a garage. Architectural/Engineering Significance: This structure contributes to the significance of the Nathan Strong Park Historic District under Criterion C as a good example of a little altered transitional Queen Anne Colonial Revival style house.
