Additional Comments BARGE BOARDS IN DORMER. ORIGINAL COST OF CONSTRUCTION WAS $1,800; SOLD TO DR. CONROY IN 1900 FOR $3,000.

2016- "This house was built in the late 1800's for $1,800 and was constructed with a balloon frame, one stud runs from the basement to the attic. Also, the beams are wood-pegged around the foundation. Mr. Marsh was the co-owner of the "Marsh Bros. Store" a quality department store on the northwest corner of Hewett and 5th Streets for many decades. George Trogner built this house."
