Wisconsin Works Program Resource Page

Introduced in 1996, Wisconsin Works, or W-2, was a landmark welfare-to-work program that became a model for welfare reform nationally.  This resource page from the Department of Workforce Development provides up-to-date information about the program, a program manual, and several reports on its progress.
