A Tourist Brochure for Shawano and the Menominee Indian Reservation, ca. 1925
Wisconsin's Playground: Shawano Lake and Menominee Indian Reservation
This folding brochure was published by the Shawano Chamber of Commerce to encourage tourists to visit northeastern Wisconsin. It highlights the area's hunting and fishing resources, especially those on the Menominee Indian Reservation, and includes more than 50 photographs. Each panel of the original is ca. 4x9 inches. Although undated, its photographs of automobiles suggest that it was printed during the 1920s.
